To choose your seat you need to retrieve your booking by visiting “manage your flights”. To log in you need your six digit alphanumeric booking reference or e-mail confirmation reference.

The Virgin Atlantic website says the following for tickets booked through a Travel Agent –
“We also accept booking reference number issued by most travel agents. These appear as a six digit alphanumeric combination usually listed in your travel documentation, or available from your travel agent upon request.”

As far as online check-in is concerned this is not available until 24hrs before the flight time & it closes 2hrs before.

  1. Thanks! Yes they did teach me that. Just the basic, basic stuff. I’m
learning more as time goes by. The hard thing though is talking on the ATC.
    I’m a bit shy haha.

  2. Wow, very nice Andrew, bet your parents are so happy, excicted and proud
for you about this, keep it up. Did they teach you the basics of
aviation(Physics, plane control surfaces and VFR and etc)?

  3. Nice takeoff I have 10.7 hours so far and I agree, talking to ATC for the
first time was the scariest thing I’ve done during flight lessons. Keep it
    up, it gets really fun.

  4. It felt awesome to go up in the air for the first time. This is my 4th
flight with them and they never fail to disappoint me, not even close. I
remember my first time, I was a bit nervous but once I got up, … there’s
actually no words to describe how awesome that moment felt.

  5. Cool! Thanks! I’m striving for my ppl. It might take some time, the money
to take those lessons plus all your expenses for actually getting the ppl
is pretty damn expensive. I wish the prices were lower. Damn fuel costs!
    lol.
